Since P Money dropped his new track 'Where and When' featuring Giggs on youtube, the comments section has been truly divided. How do I know? Because I am in this so-called war.
People are debating about whether or not grime is dead. Some are frustrated about the direction it is heading in. And some are content saying grime is perfectly well and alive.
This new track from P Money, for me, personally felt like a trap song. But others in the comment section argue it is a grime song based on tempo. But this track has definitely put some heat on P Money.
P Money is a legend in the grime scene and some question the release. A lot of grime heads on social media say that grime artists and UK hip-hop artists are trying to catch the Drill Wave with their beats and flows. Others say that grime is being drowned out by the afro-swing sound.

There are a multitude of opinions. Yours and mine are just more in the mix.
There is even a scary similarity to Stormzy's 'Vossi Bop'. These are grime artists who could potentially be diversifying but simultaneously straying from their grime roots
When there is a new release in the UK urban music scene people usually know what type of sound to expect. But for many, i feel this was a culture shock. People want the P Money that was supposed to clash Ghetts. The P Money that was supposed to clash Big H. They want that 2007 F*ck Radio P Money.
Will he return? Let us know what you think.
