Tyler The creator - IGOR

After weeks of video teasing and youtube soundbytes ,California rapper Tyler the Creator has finally released his fifth studio album, 'Igor'.

Igor was entirely produced by Tyler and features guest appearances from the likes of Lil Uzi vert, Playboi Carti, Solange and Pharrell Williams. This album is his first full body of work since he released 'Flower Boy' in 2017.

The album title: 'Igor' is the name of a character. The character is the key to the albums narrative.

The album follows the narrative of a vicious love triangle. Igor is mentioned on track nine and follows a gothic archetype as a villain's assistant who represents the darker, unromantic side of Tyler that plays out throughout the album.

From love to hate, from sex to violence this album covers a wide spectrum of emotions and really does tell a story. But of course we are not going to write out the album word for word interpreting the entire body of work for you. That is up to you.
